Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered through subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy programs. This policy explains how you may cancel, modify, or return those types of purchases.


🔄 Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Subscription Terms:

  • Your payment method will be securely stored and charged at the start of each billing cycle, unless prepaid in full.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your next billing date.

  • You may cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time before the next order is generated by:

⚠️ Once a subscription order has been generated in our system—even if it has not yet shipped—it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
Please make sure to manage your subscription settings in advance of your next billing cycle.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used supplement products. See our Returns Policy for full details.


Pre-orders

Placing a pre-order reserves a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available.

Pre-order Terms:

  • You may be charged partially or in full at checkout, or your payment method may be stored and charged when the item is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order any time before the order is fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return if eligible under our Returns Policy.


🧪 Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy products:

  • We will authorize your payment method at checkout, but not charge it immediately.

  • You will have a specified trial period (provided in your confirmation email) to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • If the item is not returned by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged in full.


⚖️ Legal Compliance (U.S. & Canada)

This policy is compliant with U.S. and Canadian consumer protection laws. By completing a subscription or pre-order, you agree to these terms.
You will not be charged for canceled or modified orders before they are processed, and you will always have the ability to manage your subscription before your next billing cycle.
