Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
To start a return, please contact us at support@vitafizz.co. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any carrier of your choice or request a prepaid label from us—the cost will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions or if a pattern of excessive returns is identified.
Supplements & Health Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for any nutritional supplements or consumable items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Opened or used supplements will not be eligible for return under any circumstance, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.
Order Delivery
Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or non-deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can resend it once the customer pays for the additional shipping cost. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address and not returned, no refund will be issued.
Subscription Products
All products purchased through our auto-subscription service are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order has been generated in our store. If you do not wish to receive the next shipment, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Used or opened items are not eligible under this policy.
